Hit-the-Trail for Sports and Fitness

We are on the cusp of spring, and it's a great time to be outdoors for a Woodlands Hit-the-trail event. For our Sport and Fitness HTT, we visited Bond Park on a sunny Saturday afternoon to rotate through three themed stations.

1. A one-mile hike around the Paw Paw trail
2. A competitive series of boot camp exercises
3. A chaotic game of mat ball, a favorite kickball derivative

Our Hit-the-trail events are opporunties to do interesting experiential activities that is built into our seven-topic woodlands trail rotation. This event followed-up our water safety life skills session and preceeds our annual Trailman's Cup pine car race.
