Outdoor Event Team
Our Outdoor Event Team collectively works to support our Trail Guides and youth leadership as the troop plans and implements outdoor events, including campouts.
Qualifications
Core Duties
- Participate in meetings of the outdoor event team
- Assist with identifying outdoor event locations, and developing best practices for planning.
- As able, take ownership of tasks under the coordination of the Outdoor Event Chair, including hands-on logistics supporting events.
Timing of Duties
- Outdoor Event Team members do not have responsibilities at the weekly meetings.
- Most efforts by the Outdoor Event Team members will be in making arrangements and planning regarding outdoor events outside of meetings.
- Outdoor Event Team members will often attend events they were involved in planning, but this is not required.
